Mr. Keron Martin Mr. Martin brings over seven (7) years’ professional experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management within the Construction Industry. Prior to joining E-IDCOT, Mr. Martin worked at the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) as a Civil Engineer with Project Team Lead functions within the Project Development and Oversight Unit. Mr. Martin has successfully established, evaluated, and managed well over two hundred (200) tender packages and developed substantial experience in the execution of FIDIC Contracts. Additionally, he was involved in the development of several national housing programmes such as the Small and Medium Contractors Housing Initiative (2019/2020), The Housing Construction Incentive Programme (2018/2019) and the HDC’s Public- Private Partnership (PPP) Arrangements (2017/2018). Mr. Twayne Wallace Mr. Wallace brings six (6) years’ professional experience in Civil Engineering, structural design, construction supervision and project management to the E-IDCOT Project Management Unit. Prior to joining E-IDCOT, Mr. Wallace worked at RM Engineering (RM) Ltd., Lee Young and Partners (LYP) Ltd., and APR Associates (APR) Ltd. During his tenure, he held the positions of Junior Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Resident Site Engineer. These positions allowed him to develop substantial experience in Structural Designs, and the execution of FIDIC Contracts. His role as Resident Site Engineer on the ANR Robinson International Airport and the Roxborough Police Station was pivotal to their successful completion. Mr. Richard Mangroo Mr. Mangroo is a Project Officer at E-IDCOT and is responsible for the execution of projects, monitoring and reporting, managing resources, schedules, and Project accounting for various projects. Richard also provides great practical and hands-on support to the construction and project management activities. Mr. Mangroo brings twenty-three (23) years’ professional experience in professional accounting and sixteen (16) years of project development to the E-IDCOT Project Management Unit. Richard has successfully completed three (3) levels of Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also holds certificates in Project Management for Professionals from The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) and Quantity Surveying from the School of Higher Education Limited, among others. Ms. Amoi Romeo Ms. Amoi Romeo brings over fifteen (15) years of regional and international Civil Engineering and Management experience to E-IDCOT. Before she joined E-IDCOT in 2021, she was a Contract and Procurement Specialist for the World Bank’s Housing Recovery Project in Dominica where she managed the negotiation and implementation of contracts for the construction of approximately seven hundred (700) houses across the island. Ms. Romeo’s early career included structural design where she worked on several high-profile projects. Namely, she was the structural model designer for the modern Dartford Railway Station and the senior design engineer for the Disability Discrimination Act infrastructural upgrades of several train stations across South England. Additionally, Ms. Romeo was promoted to Team Leader and Operations Manager where she directed projects for the assessment of bridges in the United Kingdom.
