Cove Tobago comprises of approximately 57 hectares (140 acres) of land space. Within the Cove prospective tenants can lease land space or built space. Built space is available within the Built Development Zone which currently comprises two (2) Multi–Producers Units and two (2) Factory Shells, all named after well-known entrepreneurs of Tobago.
The Caroline Sophia Building and the Margaret Jack Building are the Multi Producer Units designed to facilitate the manufacturing operations of small and micro businesses. These facilities can be outfitted by tenants to meet their operational needs. In addition, the MPUs can be modified to comply with local and international standards to facilitate the tenant’s need to obtain pertinent certifications for the exportation of their products.

Lease terms for built space at Cove Tobago is a standard five (5) to seven (7) years which is negotiable.
