Step 1
Submit the application form with all relevant supporting documents
Step 2
Application is reviewed by internal Evaluation Committee
Step 3
Accepted Applications are submitted for approval
Step 4
Letter of Intent issued to approved applicant within 2 weeks.
This Letter of Intent is to be signed and non-refundable commitment fee is paid 1 month.
Step 5
Draft Lease Agreement issued to approved applicant with 2 weeks of returning signed Letter of Intent and payment of commitment Fee.
Step 6
Applicants have 3 months to review and execute the Final Lease Agreement.
Other supporting documents Include Letters of Intent/ commitment that can further prove demand for product or services, etc. Please note that incompletesubmissionswillnotbeassesseduntilallrelevantinformationisreceived. All applications and accompanying documents submitted will be retained by E-IDCOT for its records in strictest confidence.
NOTICE On completion of the evaluation of the application, the following are the possible outcomes: Specified requirements were not met: Official communication will be issued, clearly indicating the shortcomings of the application. Specified requirements were met: A report on the positive outcome of the evaluation and a recommendation to offer tenancy will be submitted for internal approval.
