Land Based Tenants Guidelines
Commitment Fees
Equivalent to one month’s lease rent when the Letter of Intent is signed.
Common Services Fee- Built Space
23 cents per square ft, per month
Common Services Fee- Land Space
Over 4 acres - $450 per acre per month
1 to 3.99 acres - $500 per acre per month
Less than 1 acre - $600 acre per month
Security Deposit- Built Space
Equivalent to one month’s lease rent
Premium
Equivalent to 3 months lease rent recoverable and applied to the first 3 month’s rent.
Registration Fees
Cost of Cadastrals, Stamp Duty and fees associated with the registration of the Lease.
Specific land based incentives
Buccoo Anchor:
Free access to 10 acres of for a period of 5 years. 1 year waived for any amount over 10.5 acres thereafter (i.e. no lease rate payments for five years but tenants are required to pay common service fees), 12 months free project management services to help construct your space and free business support services.
Castara Prime:
Free access to 5 acres of land space for 5 years. 5.5 – 9.99 acres receive 1 year waived from the Lease Rent
and free business support services.
