Delivering Over $200 Million Dollars of Project Management Works to Date
To
date, E-IDCOT has successfully undertaken projects worth collectively over two hundred million Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TT$200M).
Some of our projects include but are not limited to the following:
Cove
Eco-Industrial Business Park
In 2010, E-IDCOT undertook the
development of a 57 hectares (140 acres) Eco-Industrial and Business Park at the Cove Tobago,
which is the first of its kind in the Caribbean. This project included sub-division and surveying works in addition to the development of roads, drainage, water, sewer and electrical infrastructure.
Scarborough
Market
The
project involved the remodeling of the Scarborough Market Facilities to
address structural issues and non-compliance with health and regulatory standards. Our team
was responsible for all stages of the project lifecycle. The Scarborough Market
project was handed over and recommissioned by the Client in November 2020.
Milshirv Administrative Complex Outfitting Project
E-IDCOT was given the responsibility to prepare and outfit the Milshirv Administrative Complex (data infrastructure, electrical distribution, partitioning and procure and install furniture) which was designed to house two (2) Divisions within the Tobago House of Assembly (THA). The project was completed in October 2019.
Windward Road
Rehabilitation
The project comprised of the recovery of the public
roadway of the Windward Road between Roxboorough and Speyside which runs along the coastline had
deteriorated and was undermined by coastal erosion. The project was completed in August 2017.
Belle Garden
Housing Development
This project comprises civil
infrastructure development works for forty-five (45) residential building lots
on 14.3 acres of land.
This project included sub-division and surveying works in addition to the development of roads, drainage, water, sewer treatment plant and electrical infrastructure.
Commercial
Container Handling Port Feasibility Study
E-IDCOT provided
Project Management Services to conduct a feasibility study for the
establishment of a commercial container handling Port Facility in Tobago. The feasibility report was completed in May 2019.
TEMA and Warehouse
E-IDCOT
served as Project Managers for the construction of the TEMA Emergency
Operations Centre (EOC) at Signal Hill. The warehouse which now houses the TEMA
operations was completed in 2016.
