Design and Procurement

Construction Management
Our team guarantees that all contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants adhere to appropriate regulatory policies and procedures ensuring the best construction practices. Detailed reports are prepared and issued to our clients monthly or as required, along with minutes of our progression meetings. Property Development
E-IDCOT’s expertise in developing industrial property is demonstrated by our flagship project of one hundred and forty (140) acres at Cove Tobago. Over the past ten (10) years, we have developed the Cove into a state-of-the-art commercial and manufacturing facility with all amenities and utilities ready for tenant accommodation.
